   • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the product's weight, size, and delivery location. Customers are responsible for paying the full courier charge unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
   • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery through our own courier service in major cities like Dhaka, Gazipur, Rangpur, Chittagong, and Khulna. For other locations, delivery is facilitated through third-party couriers.
   • Delivery Conditions: For safety and security, delivery to specific flats is temporarily suspended. Customers are requested to collect their orders from the building's main gate.
   • International Delivery: International shipping is not available at this time.
