Delivery Rules - Sadman Shop

At Sadman Shop, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Please read through our delivery rules and policies to understand the process better:

  1. Delivery Coverage

    • We offer delivery services to all locations within Bangladesh. For certain remote areas, delivery times may vary.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for specific items and regions. For other areas, payment must be made in advance.

  2. Delivery Charges

    • Delivery charges are applicable based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
    • For orders above BDT 20,000 in Dhaka, Gazipur, Rangpur, Chittagong, and Khulna, partial payment may be required before delivery.
    • The full delivery charge for courier services outside the main delivery areas must be borne by the customer.

  3. Delivery Timeline

    • Standard delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.
    • In cases of delays, such as due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances, customers will be informed.
    • Express Delivery: Available for specific locations when orders are confirmed before 12 PM. Orders confirmed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day. An additional express delivery charge applies.

  4. Advance Payment for Delivery

    • For products delivered via third-party couriers, customers must make full or partial advance payments through bKash, bank transfer, or other online payment methods to confirm their orders.
    • Orders that require advance payment will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.

  5. Delivery Process

    • Dhaka, Gazipur, Rangpur, Chittagong, and Khulna: Deliveries are managed by our in-house courier service.
    • Other Cities and Regions: Deliveries are handled through reliable third-party courier services.
    • Customers are required to receive the delivery at the building's main gate as deliveries directly to specific floors are temporarily unavailable.

  6. Home Delivery Service Areas

    • Chittagong: Home delivery is available in specified areas such as Agrabad, GEC More, Nasirabad Housing, and more.
    • Gazipur: Home delivery is available in select areas like Joydebpur, National University, Board Bazar, and more.
    • For other regions, customers may be required to collect their products from the nearest courier service point.

  7. International Deliveries

    • At this time, we do not offer international delivery services. However, customers may place orders for delivery within Bangladesh using international payment methods.
    • For international payments, customers must provide a clear photo of the card used for payment and the cardholder’s ID (such as a national ID, passport, or driving license) to our official email or Facebook page.

  8. Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellations

    • Our delivery team will make two attempts to deliver the product. If both attempts fail, the order may be canceled, and any applicable return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Customers will be notified via SMS or email before each delivery attempt.

  9. Damaged or Missing Items

    • If the package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, customers should refuse the delivery and immediately contact our customer service team at support@sadmanshop.com.
    • Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  10. Store Pickup Option

  • Customers can place an online order and opt for store pickup from any of our stores.
  • Store pickup is only possible after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • In case the product is unavailable at a specific store, we will arrange for a transfer from another location, but advance payment is required.
  1. Special Campaigns & Offers
  • Special discounts or free delivery offers are valid only during the promotional period and under the terms and conditions mentioned in the campaign.
  • Express delivery is not eligible for free delivery offers unless specified.
