Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Process

- Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to product defects or incorrect items delivered, Sadman Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Sadman Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Inspection & Approval

- Replacement: If the product is eligible for a replacement, Sadman Shop will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days of the approval.
- Refund: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. The refund will exclude any initial shipping costs unless the return was due to our error.
Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

Cancellations
